Kenny Martin is an instructor and ESTEME@OSU affiliate in the School of Civil and Construction Engineering. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and two M.S. degrees in both Wood Science and Civil/Structural Engineering from Oregon State University. Before coming to OSU, Dr. Martin spent seven years in the industry as a blast effects engineer at Baker Engineering and Risk Consultants, stress design engineer for Jet Aviation Engineering Services. Currently, in addition to teaching courses in statics, wood design, and temporary structures year-round, Dr. Martin also serves as a mentor and advisor to a number of graduate students.
