The STEM Research Center offers support for transdisciplinary team development, meaning we support teams in integrating knowledge from multiple disciplines and with other stakeholders (e.g., practitioners, communities). Specifically:
- Proposal-writing collaboration
- Grant kick-off and launch support (e.g., shared vision development, engagement norms, guidelines for conflict resolution, codes of conduct and authorship guidelines)
- Virtual and in-person engagement, training, and community building
- Group facilitation and collaborative dialogues
- Cultivation and support of communities of practice and professional networks
- Team development and organizational strengthening
- Partnership development and health check
- Social network analysis to illustrate collaborative connections (visualizing relationships across individuals, disciplines, institutions, and career stages, based on shared efforts in research, education, and outreach activities)
